- Lead the coordination of software releases, working closely with development, QA, testing, and product teams to ensure timely and successful deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar, to automate the build, test, and deployment process.
- Take ownership of production cloud accounts on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of production environments.
- Develop and enforce release management processes and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability across all releases.
- Collaborate with VPs of software development to coordinate fortnightly release cycles and provide updates on release status at the leadership level.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, continuously improving release management processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, release management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong technical background with expertise in .NET Core, Application Security, Angular, ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, and Web Services.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for developing and maintaining databasedriven web applications.
- Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Extensive experience managing production environments on AWS, including familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering highquality software releases on time and within budget.
