- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately process and document information obtained during calls.
- Assist callers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with callers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
