    They are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to lead their Lithium-ion Battery Technology department. The successful candidate will spearhead research, development, and implementation efforts to advance the battery technology. This role requires expertise in lithium-ion battery chemistry, materials science, manufacturing processes, and innovation to drive the organization's goals forward.

    Sales Manager JD

    Primary :

    • Identifying the right prospects -2 wheeler, 3-wheeler assembler /manufacturers
    • On-boarding these prospects as customers

    Secondary :

    • Market research: Gather data and analyze market conditions for the total addressable market. Help refine the sales funnel and identify opportunities.
    • Identify the key decision maker/influencer in the company
    • Help the Engineering team with gathering customer requirements, SORs, and product specifications.
    • Sample submission and facilitating the application team for testing and approval of sample

    ● Sales & Revenue: Follow-up, negotiations, closure of sales and revenue generation

    ● Events: Company representation in the expo, seminars, trade shows etc

    ● Documentation & reporting: Contribute to building and maintaining various trackers like daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports, presentations, brochures etc.

    ● Team management: Manage BD and Sales staff and keep them motivated to achieve sales targets and company goals.

    • Review the team's performance on daily/monthly /yearly basis

    ● Marketing: Handle company digital assets like page, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver required marketing activities and objectives.

    Candidate requirements

    1. Total experience required: 8-10 years
    2. Relevant industry experience –minimum 2 years ( good to have )
    3. Sales experience in charger, tire, motor, controller, BMS industries ( can be considered )
