    JobSummary:

    • As a Recruitment Specialist youwill be responsible for sourcing screening and placing toptechnical talent for our clients.
    • You will play a crucial role inthe recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate sourcing to finalplacement while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidatesand clients.
    • This position offers theopportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environmentcollaborating with a talented team to meet hiring targets andexceed client expectations.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Utilize various sourcing methodsto identify and attract highquality candidates including jobportals social media referrals networking and otherchannels.
    • Screen resumes conduct interviewsand assess candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit forclient requirements.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess including coordinating interviews negotiating offers andfacilitating smooth onboarding for successfulcandidates.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentjourney.
    • Collaborate with clients tounderstand their hiring needs develop recruitment strategies andprovide regular updates on candidate pipelines andprogress.
    • Effectively communicate withhiring managers stakeholders and team members to prioritize tasksmanage expectations and drive successfuloutcomes.
    • Stay updated on industry trendsmarket insights and recruitment best practices to continuouslyimprove sourcing techniques and deliver innovativesolutions.

    Qualifications andSkills:

    • Bachelors / Master degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
    • Proven experience in technical recruitmentwith a minimum of 1 year handson experience in endtoend recruitmentprocesses.
    • Strongunderstanding of technical skills and requirements for roles insoftware development IT engineering or relatedfields.
    • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to effectively engage andbuild rapport with candidates clients and teammembers.
    • Demonstratedability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and meet tightdeadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Resultsdriven mindset with a track record ofachieving recruitment targets and delivering highquality talentsolutions.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools andplatforms including job portals applicant tracking systems (ATS)and other sourcing technologies.
    • Customerfocused approach with a commitment todelivering exceptional service and building longterm partnershipswith clients and candidates.
