This role involves designing, building, and deploying ultrafast laser systems for high-energy applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CPAS architectures and strong expertise in optical alignment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, align, and operate TW-class ultrafast laser systems (CPA architectures).
• Owning the full amplification chain: pulse stretcher regenerative amplifier pre-amps multi-pass amplifiers.
  
  Achieve stable mode-locking pulse shaping long-term performance.
• Diagnose instabilities nonlinear effects thermal drift—fix them fast.
