    Description

    You will:

    Take ownership of End to End Recruitment and Onboarding New Employees. Plan and execute Employee Engagement.

    IT/Non Recruitment:

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT/Non positions, from sourcing and screening
    • candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT/Non staffing needs and develop effectively
    • recruitment strategies.
    • Maintain a robust talent pipeline and proactively source candidates through various channels.
    • Develop innovative strategies that include enhancing diverse recruitment efforts.

    Onboarding:

    • Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
    • Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
    • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and continuously
    • improve engagement strategies.

    You have:

    MBA in HR

    Good understanding of the Recruitment Process

    Knowledge of job portals & MS Office

    Exceptional written and oral communication skills

    Ability to share knowledge and work in a team-oriented environment

    Ability to Learn & Adapt new Recruitment processes / Technologies

    Excellent planning and organizational skills
