    Description

    5 to 7 years of handson experience insupporting identity and Access Management solutions in highlyavailable environments (PingAccess Ping Federate PingDirectory andPingID) Experience with PingID multifactorAuthentication is a plus.

    Experience withthe Linux/Windows operating system isrequired. Experience analyzing and planninginfrastructure updates and product upgrades.
    Provide technical support for application teams to assist introubleshooting Pingrelated issues in the nonprod andproduction.

    Experience with SAML 2 Oauth2and OIDC SSO applications integration andsupport Strong understanding of AD and LDAPor any other directories Experience inproviding operation BAU support activities and working onIncident/change requests and validation checks.

    AnalysisCoordination Facilitating QA with developerOncall support for High Priority / Severity issues with 24 7support (shared byteam).
