About the programAre you a driven management consultant, startup operator or ex-founder seeking a chance to make an exponential impact? As part of the Founder's office at Airblack, you'd be shaping the future of skilling education in India and empowering millions of women to reach their livelihood goals.

Working closely with the founders, you'll have close access to all the projects and initiatives at Airblack.

From 0-to-1 marketing initiatives to building high-impact skilling products, you will be a key P&L owner for multiple critical initiatives and be in the driving seat for our corporate strategy.

If you're a born-builder, enjoy problem-solving and have managed an independent team, we would love to meet you.

What would you be doing?

Own 0-to-1 Initiatives: Be an entrepreneur-in-residence and lead new 0-to-1 initiatives and experiments across marketing, product and operations

Program Management:
Running PMO for core central projects; working closely with key influencers and decision-makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth

Scaling Execution Playbooks:
Be the strategic contributor to our most critical scaling initiatives and develop processes, metrics, and products to drive 10x scale

Strategic Planning:
Lead areas of strategic planning, business-plan creation and developing and driving OKRs across teams

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:2-5 years of experience as a consultant with a top-tier firm or a startup operator at a fast-growing early-stage startup.

Past founding experience is a bonus.


Education:

MBA from a Tier 1 collegeYou're passionate about the startups and tech ecosystemYou have excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsYou have strong interpersonal & communication skillsYou have strong team skills and the ability to collaborate with senior managementYou're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
