We are seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to join our team. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our technical product strategy, working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct user interviews to deeply understand customer pain points, challenges, and needs.
2. Define and own the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product marketing.
3.Gather and prioritize technical requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
4.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
5.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and releases, while maintaining alignment with product vision and roadmap.
6.Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide guidance on architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
7.Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, data analysis, and experimentation, with a focus on delivering value to customers and achieving business outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of 2-3 years of experience in technical product management or related roles, preferably in the IT Industry.
3. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, web technologies, and cloud platforms.
4. Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
