    We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Koshys Hospital, a leading NABH Accredited hospital in Bangalore. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and visitors, managing inquiries and appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the reception area.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Pleasant and professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficient in using computer systems and handling administrative tasks
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer and manage incoming calls and customer inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary

    • Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and documents
    • Ensure the reception area is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies
    • Coordinate with other departments to handle patient queries and resolve issues
    • Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash records
    • Manage the waiting area to ensure a comfortable and organized environment for patients and visitors
    • Perform basic administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and filing
    • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment
