• Goodunderstanding of concepts on BPM Case Management SOA & EAI.Experienced in design & development BPM applications usingPega PRPC ver 6.1 Ver 6.3 & Above Performing analysis& Tuning of Pega PRPC applications Familiar with PLA DBTrace SMA.
  
• Experiencedin any of Pega PRPC frameworks including CPM Smart InvestigateSmart Disputes Compliance MortgageKYC.
  
• Bankingdomain knowledge including Disputes management Compliance Mortgagemanagement Front & Backoffice operations (Retailops).
  
• Goodunderstanding of processes followed in RTB & CTB includingincident management Change management SDLCetc.
  
• Shouldbe capable of defining Best practices & enable practice ofGuard rails across PegaPlatform.
  
• Exposureto projects involving multiple integration partners viz DocumentManagement (FileNet Documentum) Messaging systems (MQ TIBCO EMS)Active Directory Document Generation email & Faxmanagement.
