- 3+ years of experience in personalization tools, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics coding, tracking, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and, and experience working with UI development, Personalization coding and GA4 event tracking code
- Familiarity with digital channels, how website traffic, purchases and events can be tracked in GA4.
- Working experience in Personalization Tools (Adobe Target) and Web Analytical Tools (GA4) implementation, development and tracking.
- Data analysis and reporting in GA4, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
In this role you will be responsible for Organization website trading with the focus on Personalization development, UI development, website tracking, BAU updates to improve customer experience and maximizing conversion.
The role closely works with digital team's objectives to ensure that business proposition is optimized on the web to drive overall ecommerce sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website optimization and personalization in line with business strategic focus, growth and optimize the customer experience, activities include:Personalization development, implementation, and managementUI DevelopmentProduct Recommendation – cross sell/up sell.
A/B test execution· Develop, implement, and optimize personalization strategies using Adobe Target (and Google Tag Manger and other tools)· Implementing and maintaining Google Tag Manager, tracking and reporting for the website and digital properties.· Work with the Digital and development team to ensure accurate tracking of events, conversions, all the ecommerce tracking and user behavior using GA4.· Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of personalization.· Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot to ensure no data inconsistencies or tracking issues.
Optimization of UI/UX on and implementing test-learn-optimize programs.Provide support on web enhancement, feature implementation and testing.
Ensure mobile-friendly/responsive onsite collateral where applicable.
Acts as a key support for Digital team to ensure successes in delivering insights and recommendations.· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in personalization, Adobe Target, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics tracking.· Contribute to the development and execution of Organization's digital trading strategies and plans.· Participate in special digital projects from time to time as needed.
