Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, front-end and back-end technologies, and be capable of working across the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build robust back-end services using Java/J2EE frameworks. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces. Integrate front-end components with back-end systems. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in requirement analysis and technical design. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Product). Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE. Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA. RESTful Web Services and Microservices architecture. Experience with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, etc.). Knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Frontend: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. UI/UX best practices. Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.). Database design and performance optimization. DevOps & Tools: Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage. Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Experience in microservices and distributed systems. Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Knowledge of design patterns and system architecture.
