Main Purpose:

The job holder is in charge of:Ensuring business continuity of network connections and support services in Acolad, concerning IT Network operational efforts.

Participating in projects or efforts to develop and extend the services of Acolad, within the area of domainImplementation and monitoring the appropriate quality and information security standards linked to the assigned enterprise IT infrastructure (hardware and/or software, technology/systems/applications/tools) with respect to the QM and ISMS management systems in placeEnsuring proper collaboration with other IT staff, other business units, suppliers or partners by using the appropriate communication flowsConsulting for Service and Project Managers, Team Managers, fellows or customers/partners, within the area of domainContribute in providing clean management of SLAs, both upstream and downstreamKeen to contribute ideas, share knowledge and help othersSelf-motivatedClear communicator

Responsibilities:
Operation on Security services infrastructure:Daily work:Responsible for the daily performance and availability of the organization's networkAnalyses network and recommends upgrade/changesDay-to-day network performance monitoringNetwork troubleshooting and faults analysis;hardware troubleshooting and repairInstallation of network hardware and software:LAN and WANFirewallsDHCPPublic domains and DNSVirtual hosting and load balancingITSM scope:Incident managementChange/request managementMonitor and maintain servicesProjects:ConsultancyConsolidation and migration effortsSolution architectureReporting

Skills & Knowledge:
CCNA Certified or equivalent level of knowledgeBasic understanding of the following technologies:IP protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP)IP filtering and firewallingRouting Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS)QoSMPLS and/or SD-WANVPN, L2L, WebVPN

Basic understanding of AAA platforms such as Radius, LADPExperience with Cisco devices and firewallsExperience with WiFi access points from manufacturers such as Cisco, Ruckus, Meraki, etc


Optional:
Basic experience with Fortigate

Optional:
Basic experience in VMWare VMCFamiliar working in a data centre environmentFamiliar with ethical hacking platforms and approaches

RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience with working on network equipmentMinimum 5 years of experience with working with Cisco devices, including firewalls, the FirePOWER module and FTD image is a plusDeep knowledge in networking and firewalling, with seasoned troubleshooting and engineering skillsExperience in administrative working on Linux/Windows systemsExperience with working in vast networking and infrastructure landscapesExperience with VPN Tunnels and VPN GatewaysExperience with network segmentation and access controlExperience with WiFi access points
