    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.).
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
    • Define solution architecture documents, integration strategies, and technical designs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and enhancements.
    • Oversee and guide the development team in best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

    • Lead Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Flow development efforts.
    • Ensure CI/CD implementation for smooth deployment processes.
    • Establish Salesforce governance frameworks to maintain system reliability and scalability.
    • Optimize Salesforce performance by implementing best practices for code efficiency, data handling, and workflow automation.
    • Conduct regular system health checks, performance tuning, and security assessments.
    • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants.
    • Conduct code reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Promote Agile methodologies and best practices within development teams.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II).
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Financial Services, Health Cloud, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
    • Experience with integration patterns and middleware tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of security models, sharing rules, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity management.
    • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, SFDX).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with multi-cloud environments and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, AI-powered solutions, and automation in Salesforce.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein), Tableau CRM, and advanced analytics.
