    Description

    Job Title : QA Automation Tester

    Location : Pune & Mumbai, India

    Position Overview :

    We are seeking experienced QA Automation Testers to join our team in Pune and Mumbai.

    The ideal candidates will have 4 to 8 years of experience in automation testing, with proficiency in Selenium or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber or Robot.

    Hands-on Experience of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities :

    As a QA Automation Tester, your primary responsibilities will include :

    • Developing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium, BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Robot), or other relevant tools.
    • Designing and executing test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
    • Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner.
    • Participating in Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
    - Utilizing scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell to enhance automation frameworks and tools.

    • Creating and maintaining automated test suites for regression testing, performance testing, and other testing needs.
    • Analyzing test results and providing recommendations for improvements to software quality and performance.
    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    - 4 to 8 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong emphasis on Selenium or BDD frameworks.

    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
    • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, or Robot.
    • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced Agile environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in crossfunctional teams.
