Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing on Oracle FLEXCUBE LMS modules, ensuring seamless functionality and accurate results.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on detailed business requirements, incorporating industry best practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the stability and reliability of software applications.
• Effectively report and track bugs using tools like JIRA and HP ALM, facilitating efficient issue resolution and quality improvement.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams to gather requirements, provide feedback, and drive project success.
• Ensure strict adherence to testing standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high-quality testing outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE LMS testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Detailed knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules, including OBCL, OBPM, and OBTR, as well as core banking processes and their interdependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in iterative development, continuous testing, and collaborative team work.
