Role Description
This is an internship role located in Bengaluru. As a Founder's Office Intern at DusMinute, you will work closely with the company's founders to support various administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to the growth and success while learning about the workings of a start-up.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute & optimize current operational practices and SOPs in retail stores
2. Drive deeper product penetration & understand customer requirements by conducting frequent surveys & feedback on the field and online
3. Adopt creative/guerilla techniques to enhance customer engagement and subsequently improve sales
4. Measure & enhance customer satisfaction across a cluster of stores
5. Handle the end-to-end processes for outreach, operations & the customer experience throughout the process
6. Conduct training of store staff on adherence to SOP & keep a strict quality check on the store performance
7.Work on specially allocated projects under CEO- strategize, execute, monitor for the complete end to end authority.
Note: As a part of this internship, the said intern would be required to travel within the city to the designated store location every day.
Location: Bangalore
Stipend: 10,000 per month
Tenure: 2 months
