As a Data Analyst you will play a key rolein analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract valuableinsights that inform business strategies and drive operationalimprovements.

You will be responsible for developing data platformsand systems performing data mining s and presenting findings tostakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experiencean engineering background and a proven track record of developingdata platforms andsystems.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data platforms and systems to support datacollection storage and analysis processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including the technology andbrand teams to identify data requirements define metrics andimplement datadriven solutions. Perform datamining cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy andintegrity. Analyze large datasets and usedata visualization tools to identify patterns trends andinsights. Generate reports and dashboards topresent data findings and actionable recommendations tostakeholders. Identify areas for processimprovement and propose datadriven solutions to enhance businessoperations. Collaborate with IT anddevelopment teams to integrate data sources automate data processesand optimize data flow. Stay updated onindustry best practices emerging technologies and data analysistechniques. Conduct adhoc analysis andsupport strategic initiatives asrequired.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degreepreferred. 14 years of experience in a dataanalyst role preferably in a fastpaced and datadrivenenvironment. Proven experience in developingdata platforms and systems to support data analysis andreporting. Strong analytical skills with theability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningfulinsights. Proficiency in SQL Python or otherprogramming languages for data manipulation andanalysis. Experience with data visualizationtools such as Tableau Power BI or similarplatforms. Familiarity with data warehousingconcepts and data modeling principles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with largevolumes of data. Excellent communicationskills both verbal and written with the ability to effectivelypresent complex data findings to nontechnicalstakeholders. Selfmotivated proactive andable to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamenvironment. Passion for data analysisproblemsolving and driving databaseddecisionmaking.
