TECH STACK- UI/UX design, with proficiency in Visual Design, Figma, and HTML/CSS.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and highly functional digital interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in Visual Design, Figma, and HTML/CSS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. User-Centric Design:

Develop user-centered design solutions that align with our brand, product goals, and user needs.

2. Visual Design:

Create visually stunning and cohesive design concepts, including user interfaces, icons, graphics, and branding elements.

3. Wireframing and Prototyping:

Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.

4. Figma Expertise:

Utilize Figma for design collaboration, creating design systems, and maintaining design libraries.

5. HTML/CSS Proficiency:

Translate design concepts into responsive HTML/CSS code or collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

6. Usability Testing:

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design objectives are met.

8. Design Guidelines:

Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure design consistency across products.

9. Stay Updated:

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

2. Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and problem-solving abilities.

3. Proficiency in Visual Design, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

4. Expertise in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.

5. Strong HTML/CSS skills for design implementation.

6. Knowledge of design systems and the ability to create and maintain design libraries.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

8. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

1. Experience with animation and motion design.

2. Knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or React.

3. Experience with user research and usability testing.
