- Taking inputs from stakeholders to identify development areas, basis their business goals
- Identifying learning initiatives to match the development areas
- Designing, developing & customization of training content / module in line with the business plans
- Continuous updating of existing programs
- Facilitating workshops pan India
- Comfortable doing Virtual workshop
- Ensuring updating of database
- Participant identification and nomination
- Coordination with respective branches and verticals
- Logistics coordination with the branches / respective stakeholders
- Knowledge of Content creation
- Certified trainer
- Developing case studies, role plays for various subjects
- Professional courses and seminars attended
- Market trends and analysis
- Professional courses and seminars attended
- Creating ABC & IRS case studies for trainingbased sales pitches
