    Your Will Be's:

    • As a Motion Graphic Artist, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story and engage the youth. Edit videos creatively, enhance the story and match the producer's vision. Input music, graphics and effects.
    • Constantly innovate and use new editing ideas and techniques.
    • Design and create 2D graphics animation for video deliverables (product videos, social media launch posts, marketing collaterals, etc.)
    • A portfolio of both motion graphic
    • Prepare storyboard for motion graphics & product videos
    • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for creating marketing collaterals
    • Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
    • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques
    • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
    • Knows how to use NLEs & make video from scratch
    • Should understand the importance of music & sound design in a video
    • Have great understanding of brand aesthetics, evolving environment of social media and design

    The Ideal "Noisemaker":

    • Experience of at least 2 to 5 years
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • A Self-starter, with a willingness to go beyond
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing
    • Should be well versed with Final Cut, Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop
    • Understand the importance of using AI.
