    We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Finance Managers who want to live and work in Tanzania/ UAE or Canada or Australia region under Work and PR Visa.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
    • Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
    • Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting
    • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.
    • Lead a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and reporting specialists.
    • Utilize financial management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and generate actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals. Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
    • Monitor costs related to mining operations, equipment, labor, and other expenses. Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and control expenditures.
    • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance metrics tracking. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 8+ years of relevant experience
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Detail-oriented and analytical
    • Ability to architect financial strategy along with leadership skills
    • Should have good communication skills, strong accounting & reporting knowledge.
    • The ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop solutions
    • Being flexible and adaptable in different situations, especially in rapidly changing environment
