Roles and ResponsibilitiesSoftware Application Development in an Agile Product development environment for niche domains/verticals.

Adhering to Agile Project management methodologies and meeting product release schedules and client deliverablesUnderstanding the functional requirements, application workflow, and review with peersRequirements analysis and DesignDevelopment and CodingAdhering to coding standards, Unit Testing, and Integration TestingParticipating actively in daily stand-up meetings, onsite and other internal meetingsCommunication with superiors on status/progress daily.

Desired Candidate Profile1- 3 years of software application development experience in Microsoft TechnologiesExperience in with C# hands-on developmentExperience in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap is a plus.

Experience in AJAX, and JQueryExperience in Web Forms is an advantageExperience in Telerik RAD controls, and Telerik Reporting is a plusExperience in working with MS-SQL Server (Query, Functions, Stored procedures)Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle processGeneral understanding or development exposure in SAAS / Cloud-based applicationsCandidates need to relate to an agile product development environment and have a product development mindset, unlike a project or maintenance service model.
