- To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided.
- Contact leads generated through our website, inbound calls and via other sources and qualify the quality of these leads.
- Ensure the leads are contacted in the shortest period following the enquiry being created, and that a contact strategy is in place for leads which could not be contacted.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
- Convert the live chats and calls to new business leads.
- To inform potential clients on the company's services.
- To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Follow up with clients for future business opportunities.
- A proven track record in lead qualification/call-center is essential with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with multitasking ability.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach towards accomplishment of the assigned task.
- Ability to perform under pressure and complete the task in the given time frame.
- Adherence and compliance towards company's policies and procedures.
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential.
