Job Summary
CORE EHS is looking for a highly experienced and responsible Sr. HR & Admin Executive to manage Payroll, HR Compliance, HRMS operations, Employee Engagement, Event Management, and complete Corporate Office Administration. The candidate must be capable of independently managing HR and administrative operations for corporate office and project-deployed employees across India.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management (Core Responsibility)
Preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees across corporate office and project sites PAN India.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
- Ensure statutory compliance calculations including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Generate salary slips, payroll MIS, and payroll reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with Accounts team for salary processing and disbursement.
Statutory Compliance & HR Compliance
Handle statutory compliance including:
PF, ESIC, PT, LWF
- Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance
- Shops & Establishment compliance
Contract Labour compliance
Maintain employee documentation and compliance records.
- Coordinate statutory filings and audits.
Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws.
HRMS Software Management
Operate and manage HRMS software for:
Employee database management
- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll data management
Employee records and documentation
Ensure accurate and updated employee records in HRMS.
- Generate HRMS reports and analytics.
Coordinate with software vendors for system improvements and troubleshooting.
Employee Engagement & Employee Lifecycle Management
Plan and execute employee engagement activities including:
Employee motivation programs
- Festival celebrations and office engagement activities
- Employee recognition initiatives
Employee wellbeing initiatives
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Maintain positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
Event Management & Corporate Activities
Plan and manage company events including:
Office inaugurations
- Training programs
- Corporate meetings
- Employee engagement events
Safety events and awareness programs
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
Office Administration & Facility Management
Manage complete corporate office administration.
- Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement coordination.
- Coordinate guest house management, travel arrangements, and vehicle management.
Handle vendor coordination and office service providers.
HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain employee personal files and records.
- Issue HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and compliance reports.
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding process.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience in HRMS software
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Event Management
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in HR / HRM / Personnel Management preferred
- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
