Job Title: Sr. HR & Admin Executive (Payroll, Compliance, HRMS & Administration) Urgent Joining

Job Summary

CORE EHS is looking for a highly experienced and responsible Sr. HR & Admin Executive to manage Payroll, HR Compliance, HRMS operations, Employee Engagement, Event Management, and complete Corporate Office Administration. The candidate must be capable of independently managing HR and administrative operations for corporate office and project-deployed employees across India.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Management (Core Responsibility)

  2. Preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees across corporate office and project sites PAN India.

  3. Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
  4. Ensure statutory compliance calculations including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
  5. Generate salary slips, payroll MIS, and payroll reconciliation reports.
  6. Coordinate with Accounts team for salary processing and disbursement.

  7. Statutory Compliance & HR Compliance

  8. Handle statutory compliance including:

  9. PF, ESIC, PT, LWF

  10. Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance
  11. Shops & Establishment compliance
  12. Contract Labour compliance

  13. Maintain employee documentation and compliance records.

  14. Coordinate statutory filings and audits.
  15. Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws.

  16. HRMS Software Management

  17. Operate and manage HRMS software for:

  18. Employee database management

  19. Attendance and leave management
  20. Payroll data management
  21. Employee records and documentation

  22. Ensure accurate and updated employee records in HRMS.

  23. Generate HRMS reports and analytics.
  24. Coordinate with software vendors for system improvements and troubleshooting.

  25. Employee Engagement & Employee Lifecycle Management

  26. Plan and execute employee engagement activities including:

  27. Employee motivation programs

  28. Festival celebrations and office engagement activities
  29. Employee recognition initiatives
  30. Employee wellbeing initiatives

  31. Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

  32. Maintain positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

  33. Event Management & Corporate Activities

  34. Plan and manage company events including:

  35. Office inaugurations

  36. Training programs
  37. Corporate meetings
  38. Employee engagement events
  39. Safety events and awareness programs

  40. Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams for smooth event execution.

  41. Office Administration & Facility Management

  42. Manage complete corporate office administration.

  43. Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  44. Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement coordination.
  45. Coordinate guest house management, travel arrangements, and vehicle management.
  46. Handle vendor coordination and office service providers.

  47. HR Operations & Reporting

  48. Maintain employee personal files and records.

  49. Issue HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications.
  50. Prepare HR MIS reports and compliance reports.
  51. Support recruitment coordination and onboarding process.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS software
  • Experience in Employee Engagement and Event Management
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws
  • Excellent administrative and coordination skills
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in HR / HRM / Personnel Management preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
