This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role also involves managing HR policies and procedures, conducting training and development programs, and supporting the overall organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and talent development
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
