Serve as the central point of contact for NPD projects ensuring smooth communication between marketing R&D packaging supply chain quality and regulatory teams Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings track progress address bottlenecks Maintain updated stakeholder contact responsibility matrix Create manage detailed project timelines assigning responsibilities deadlines to each function Monitor progress against timelines flag delays drive corrective actions keep projects on track Ensure timely approvals at each project stage brief prototype final product artwork production Maintain a central repository for project documentation briefs artworks trial reports approvals Regularly update project trackers dashboards leadership review Provide weekly progress reports stakeholders senior management Track risks dependencies propose mitigation plans escalate necessary Monitor KPIs on-time project delivery cross-functional responsiveness Support refining NPD project workflows greater efficiency Share best practices past launches improve timelines stakeholder coordination.
