Job Summary:
As an Admin Associate, your role would be to serve as a central point of contact for internal and external parties, providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department
Key Responsibilities:
· Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
· Communication Management: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and responding as directed
· Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized filing systems, handle petty expenses, and assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
· Data Entry and Analysis: Input and maintain data in various systems and databases.
· Marketing & Operations: Assist with marketing tasks like social media, email campaigns, and promotional projects & support operational initiatives and process improvements across the organization
· Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
· Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive
· Problem-Solving: Problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency
· Adaptability: Proficiently use office software and technology to streamline tasks and improve productivity & other administrative duties, supporting to all organizational functions
· Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with clients and vendors along with managing team morale
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Graduate
· Experience: Preferred 1 Year in a similar profile. Freshers can also apply.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team
