    Job Overview:

    The role of a Speciality Tire Sales Manager involves driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the OTR tire industry. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.



    Main Responsibilities:

    • Mine Site Visits & Information Collection: Regular visits to regional mines will be conducted to gather operational data, document findings accurately and report to management teams.
    • After-Sales Service & Technical Support: Timely on-site technical support for clients will be provided to troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal operational downtime.
    • Client Relationship Management: Strong relationships with local mining clients will be maintained through regular interactions and effective communication strategies.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Field reports must be prepared concisely while maintaining organized records of client interactions and service outcomes.
    • Compliance & Safety Adherence: Mining safety regulations and company policies must adhere during site visits with potential hazards reported promptly if identified.
