We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be working as part of one or more account teams and be responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled like answering technical questions, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees, and working with various other departments, prepare reports on the progress of the projects, ability to effectively delegate the work, and ability to address any technical issues that come up in the projects.

Project Managers

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Client Project Management Group to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define project Charter, Objectives, Goals, Scope, project milestones, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Have good grip on all delivery models (Agile, Waterfall) and Project management tools.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Track and Coordinate between various teams or Service provider teams in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• Should have experience to coordinate, control, track and deliver a project across various technology groups
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, with at least 3 years with US customers.
• Experience with Retail/Supply chain IT systems and service delivery models.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry
• Project Management Tools – Jira, Microsoft Project Plan.

Work Timings

• Expected to work with the customer Project Management Group.
• Should be ready to overlap with US business hours (Till 11:30 PM IST
