    We are seeking a Unit Sales Manager to join our team at Imbibe. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and supervise the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth through the agency model for health policies.
    • Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to generate business in assigned territories.
    • Manage licensing and activation processes for health policies, ensuring timely and accurate tracking.
    • Build and maintain relationships with lead providers, intermediaries, and agents, documenting interactions and progress.
