Role Description (
SITE SUPERVISIOR CIVIL
)
This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor located in Jaipur. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee interior projects, manage daily operations at the site, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, monitoring timelines, supervising the installation of natural stone elements, and addressing any challenges that arise to ensure the completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirement
(SITE SUPERVISIOR CIVIL)
- Project management and organizational skills for overseeing operations and meeting deadlines
- Experience in supervising teams and managing on-site construction activities
- Knowledge of natural stones like marble, granite, and cladding materials, including their application and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency and quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interactions
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and project plans
- Experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
- Degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of AutoCad
Requirement
