    Description

    Reporting to Finance Manager

    Qualification Chartered Accountant

    Experience Fresher

    Skill Set Finance management and analytical skills, excellent negotiation skills, problem solving and decision making, vendor management, advance computer knowledge

    JOB DUTIES

    Handling local tax and other statutory liabilities including GST/TDS/PF/ESI/PT and preparing returns

    Ensure the accuracy of all department processes to the various accounts and other departments

    Meet all payment deadlines within time frame.

    Support the management of all account inquires, disputes and responsible for Vendors payments.

    Balance accounts on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform E-payment transaction.

    Establish an effective Internal Control System in the property to ensure Sound cash controls are in place.

    Support in the development of the Finance team and other roles that may interact with financial processes to help provide the hotel with a multi-skilled team

    Build accurate financial P&L reports, identify discrepancies clearly and report to the immediate supervisor.

    Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required

    Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Finance Manager and/or General Manager

    Assist the Finance Manager by providing full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel and in other areas where required

    To coordinate with unit HR for smooth payroll process are in place as per Sayaji guideline.

    Ensure all financial regulations are met, through the maintenance of adequate systems of internal control

    Assist the Finance Manager in preparing capital reviews as required by the General/Hotel Manager and/or accountancy and Finance department

    Reconcile all A&L (Assets and Liabilities) accounts on a monthly basis to adhere Company standards

    Train and develop the local Finance Team Members and ensure succession plans are in place
