    • Configure and customize the Salesforce product to meet business needs.
    • BUILD strong relationships with the CRM vendor to ensure high-quality products and exceptional service.
    • Create and own technical design documents for complex integrations.
    • Identify and eliminate technical impediments that hinder project progress.
    • Lead people management and technical management initiatives.
    • Evaluate and implement CRM enhancements to meet and exceed end-user requirements.
    • Design and implement cost-effective and maintainable solutions.
    • Manage the enhancement process, collaborating closely with business owners and resources throughout.
    • Work effectively under tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing Salesforce Team.

    Required Skill Sets

    • Experience working with Salesforce/CRM tools and Sales Operations functions in large-scale (Fortune 1000) environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Test code, Force.com, Batch Apex, Scheduler, Integration using SOAP/REST Web services, Ajax Toolkit, Chatter REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
    • Expertise in designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting integrations between core ERP/HRMS systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) and third-party systems.
    • Proficiency in report writing, data management, and data manipulation.
    • Effective multi-tasking skills to address diverse needs simultaneously.
    • Negotiation skills to prioritize and manage end-user enhancement requests.
    • Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle.

    Preferred Skill Sets

    Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, change management, and project reporting.

    Interpersonal Skills

    We seek a dynamic candidate who excels as a team player, possessing excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

    Education Qualification

    A graduate or postgraduate degree in B.E., Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
