    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google and Facebook Ads. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
    2. Plan, execute, and optimize highly targeted Google and Facebook Ads campaigns, continuously monitoring and adjusting for optimal performance.
    3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to reach the most relevant potential customers.
    4. Analyze campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS.
    5. Collaborate with the creative team to aid content strategy and planning by developing compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences
    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the performance marketing landscape.
    7. Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
    8. Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    1. 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on Google and Facebook Ads.
    2. Proven track record of executing successful performance marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
    3. Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, remarketing, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
    4. Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and associated analytical tools.
    5. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
    6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
    7. Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands and their marketing strategies is preferred.
    8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
