    Description

    As an SEO Associate at Dimerse, you will play a pivotal role in leading our SEO team and driving impactful results for our clients.

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a hunger for learning and a track record of achieving excellence in the digital marketing space.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall online visibility.
    • Conduct comprehensive website audits and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization across various aspects including onpage, offpage, and technical SEO.
    • Utilize advanced tools and techniques for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, SE Ranking, etc.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and effectively communicate SEO recommendations and strategies.
    • Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure the delivery of highquality results.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our SEO processes and methodologies.
    • Assist with various tasks across all SEO fields, including onpage optimization, offpage link building, technical SEO audits, Google My Business (GMB) optimization, and more.

    Requirements:

    • Intermediate level knowledge of marketing principles and SEO best practices.
    • Minimum of 6 months of previous work experience in a digital marketing or SEO role.
    • Strong understanding of website backend and technical SEO concepts, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients in a clientfacing role and draft effective emails and communications.
    • Taskmaster mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in keyword research techniques and familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, SE Ranking, etc.
    • Strong written English skills with the ability to create compelling content and communications.
