Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Sonipat for a Senior Accountant role.
The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities also include preparing budgets, performing audits, reconciling accounts, handling payroll processes, and providing support for strategic financial planning. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external auditors to maintain accurate financial records and ensure operational efficiency.Qualifications
Strong skills in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
Proficiency in budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis
Experience with accounting software, payroll processing, and compliance with financial regulations
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external parties
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or hospital financial management is an advantage
