- ●Lead IT Mining CoE is responsible for developing and delivering domain specific Digital & IT solutions & products that meet the needs of the mines & minerals
- ●The lead must have a fair understanding of the mining industry's challenges, requirements and regulations.
- ●Lead will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, including software developers, database experts, cloud architects, AI ML specialists and hence must have leadership skills to manage and motivate team to achieve the CoE's goals.
- ●Lead will work closely with various stakeholders, including mining team, vendors, and other IT professionals, to identify business needs, develop products/solutions, and ensure that the product/solutions meet the desired standards.
- ●Lead must stay up-to-date with latest trends, emerging technologies, and the best practices in the mining industry so as to ensure that CoE is providing solutions/products compatible with existing as well as futuristics technologies.
- ●Lead must ensure that the projects, solutions/products are developed, delivered, implemented within the planned resources. Lead must display good financial management skills and ensure that the CoE operates cost-effectively.
- ●Lead must ensure that the solutions/products developed by the CoE meet the necessary regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security protocols. Lead must have fair understanding of compliances, regulations, data privacy, and cyber security.
