- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and external partners to ensure successful technology transfer.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and timelines for technology transfer projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the transfer process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of scientists, engineers, and project managers involved in technology transfer activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, quality, and compliance of technology transfer processes.
- Ensure that technology transfer activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Oversee the preparation and review of documentation, including transfer protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology transfer projects, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of pharmaceutical technology transfer
