Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Aligarh. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources activities.

This includes managing the recruitment and selection process, implementing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting employee development and training.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and proceduresExperience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in managing employee relations and resolving conflictsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionExperience in the manufacturing or hardware industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
