- Drive and Manage the recruitment and selection process

- MBA in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience of 8- 12 years as HR Manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
