- Min 3-4 yrs. exp in IT recruitment with automotive knowledge or work experience is a must.
- Involve in end-to-end recruitment cycle with good interpersonal skills.
- 90 % work as individual contributors.
- We are sourcing relevant quality profiles within TAT (from various souring strategies) screening & shortlisting relevant resumes, scheduling interviews negotiation skills till closing the position.
- Should be Creative, Energetic, Flexible, and with good written and oral communication skills.
- Looking for Quick learners who are flexible to learn new things.
