    Account Strategy Manager - Retail Media

    Job Location: Hyderabad

    As an Account Strategy Manager, candidate is responsible for day-to-day analysis and data related activities needed to support Client Strategy Managers. This includes new account launches, reporting & analysis, campaign restructures, and keyword harvesting.

    Role demands someone working in US shifts.

    RMS Analyst:

    ● Complete the day-to-day analysis and data-related activities needed to support Client Strategy Managers.

    ○ New Account Launches

    ○ Reporting & Analysis

    ○ Campaign restructures

    ○ Keyword Harvesting

    ● Field ad hoc requests and execute outlined steps by internal and external personnel.

    ● Assist in the collection and consolidation of required information and data to complete assigned task(s).

    ● Provide reporting and analyze data for understanding and recommendations to CSMs for improved campaign outcomes.

    ● Manage multiple projects and provide reporting updates. Ensure reports are accurate and created on time.

    ● Working in ad platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Ebay Ads, and Criteo Retail Media.

    ● Meet assigned task deadlines.

    ● Attention to detail.

    ● Strong Communication skills and can ask questions to fully understand scope of CSM needs.

    RMS Deliverables:

    ● Reporting & Analysis

    ○ Daily spend projections to assist CSM with budget pacing.

    ○ Weekly performance dashboard to review performance and growth.

    ○ Monthly & quarterly wrap-ups to review trends and strategy.

    ○ Ad hoc reports as needed, such as spend and revenue forecasts, category trends and

    comparisons, and others.

    ○ Platforms utilized: Google Sheets, Google DataStudio, and Retail media sites (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Criteo, CitrusAd, and others).

    ● New Account Launches

    ○ Create daily and weekly reports.

    ○ Audit advertising accounts and make initial optimizations.

    ○ Review the catalogue and work with CSM to implement required labels for segmentation.

    ○ Create new campaigns in bulk according to the determined structure.

    ● Campaign Creation

    ○ Outside of bulk campaign creation during launch, create new Sponsored Product campaigns

    as needed.

    ○ Platforms utilized: Retail media sites (Retail media sites (Amazon Advertising, Walmart

    Connect, Criteo, CitrusAd, and others).

    ● Keyword Harvests

    ○ Typically done on a monthly or quarterly cadence, utilize search term reports to analyze best-performing customer searches and add to keyword lists within manual campaigns.

    ○ Work with CSM to determine cadence, brand nuances, and campaign details.

    RMS Opportunities:

    ● Reporting & Analysis

    ○ Review product visibility in search results.

    ○ Audit buy box visibility to assist in advertised product selection.

    ○ Provide weekly account performance recaps of key metrics to CSM in advance of client calls.

    ● Campaign Creation & Optimization

    ○ Work with CSM to create Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Brand - Video, and Sponsored Display

    campaigns as needed.

    ○ With direction from CSM, utilize client-automated bidding management to adjust campaign

    spend according to budget pacing reports.

    ● Keyword harvests

    ○ Typically done on a monthly or quarterly cadence, utilize search term reports to analyze best

    performing customer searches and add to keyword lists within manual campaigns.

    ○ Work with CSM to determine cadence, brand nuances, and campaign details.
