    Job Title- Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Specialisation: IT and Software Engineering Preferred

    Job Type- Permanent

    Job Location- Brookfield – Bangalore.

    Working Hours- 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Partnering with the Hiring Managers and external vendors to plan the hiring and

    staffing needs for new and replacement positions, negotiating and arriving at

    mutually agreeable timelines and budget.

    2. Managing the end to end hiring process from sourcing to joining of the candidates

    3. Contributing to the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition and using

    the same effectively to deliver optimum results; efficient and effective

    4. Delivering on the mandated recruitment metrics such as time to hire, acceptance

    rate, cost of hiring, source of hiring, quality of candidates, ratios of offer acceptance

    to joining etc.

    5. Ability to effectively use the hiring sources such as Recruiter and other job

    boards (e.g., Naukri) and the ATS tools and systems.

    6. Influencing internal and external stakeholders to constantly meet and exceed hiring

    goals

    7. Coordinate with internal and external partners, and candidates to manage the back

    end recruitment process through HCM Oracle and release offers.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Qualifications:

    1. MBA or any equivalent degree

    2. Experience: 4-6 years.

    Skills:

    1. A positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding

    environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

    2. Excellent communication skills

    3. Experience of working on HCM Oracle ATS will be an added advantage.
