    Purpose

    This role oversees tasks that are related to production planning, inventory control, supply management and procurement and ensures program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through shipping materials to end locations.

    Key Missions

    We are looking for Executive-Order Management based at Noida (NSEZ).

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Release the Production Plan to the Factory and communicate the FCD for shipments to Sales Admin & Procurement.
  • FCD as per the CRD, Raw Material Availability, Available Production Capacity and the Dispatch schedule.
  • Order Confirmation and Raw Material Availability with the required card body, module, input data, software, scripts
  • Planning: Analysis of procurement plan against RSF Analysis of order & data availability against RSF & expected card arrivals To ensure the availability of all the applications / script & perso specs for the new chips arriving and planning the same in advance with the concerned departments
  • Coordination: Day –to –day co-ordination with Order Processing Team: To plan for the orders that have been booked Procurement Team: For the Raw Material Procurement & Arrival Status Personalization Team: To ensure the plan is executed well on time
  • Data Generation team: To ensure availability of input data to the team so that output data can be made available to the customer on time Logistics Team: For Card arrival status, Custom clearance and to ensure dispatches as per the schedule
  • Industrial Engineering & TSS: To ensure availability of required scripts / applications & perso specs before time Daily Meetings with the relevant department heads.
  • Handling Customers: Handling internal customers (SAD) & planning with them for CRD and giving FCD
  • Who we are looking for?
    To succeed in the above mission, you will need to have following skills/experiences:

  • Post Graduate Diploma or MBA (preferably in Supply Chain management or Operations)
  • 2+ years of experience in same field.
