    We are hiring for the role of Headmistress at Podar Education Network. As the Headmistress, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students, managing the teaching staff, and leading the overall development of the school.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputed educational institution.
    • Strong leadership and team handling skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
    • Proficient in handling MIS reports and data analysis.
    • Sound knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
    • Experience in parent-teacher communication and addressing parent concerns.
    • Knowledge of admissions procedures and documentation requirements.
    • Experience in event planning and execution.
    • Understanding of marketing strategies for educational institutions.
    • Passionate about education and committed to providing quality learning experiences to students.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing teaching staff, student discipline, and school events.
    • Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
    • Supervise and monitor the implementation of the school curriculum.
    • Manage parent-teacher communication and address any concerns or issues.
    • Handle student admissions and maintain admission records.
    • Prepare and analyze MIS reports to assess school performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Plan and execute school events, including annual functions, sports events, and cultural activities.
    • Contribute to the marketing and branding initiatives of the school.
    • Lead and participate in school development projects and initiatives.
