    Job Description

    The role holder will be responsible for managing a team of Junior Managers in Property Acquisition.

    • He / She must provide on the job training to existing & new team members to identify potential commercial land parcels, under construction, fully constructed commercial properties for out right purchase to enable Business expansion (setting new stores, distribution center).
    • Guide, advice, coach team members to achieve the property acquisition targets. Conduct regular reviews with team members, support them to make business presentation to prospective sellers.
    • Coordinate with team members to arrange for meetings of seniors with prospective sellers after completion of ground work.
    • The candidate needs to travel extensively to different cities within the state and also to different states as per the requirement of the organisation and spend time away from his Base Location.
    • Candidate should be good in English and fluency in other / local language will be an advantage.
    • Will need to monitor team performance, analyze various reports and provide updates on business development, competition etc. to the management.

    Candidate Profile -

    • Graduate in any field with 15 to 20 years of work experience with the reputed Organization dealing with Property Acquisition, Developer, International Property Company with atleast 4-5 years work experience in a supervisor role, leading a team of atleast 10 junior managers.
    • Enthusiastic with a go-getter attitude and an excellent understanding of property market (FSI, ground coverage etc.) Must be able to foresee market trends & developments and have an excellent ratio of conversion and fast closure of deals.
    • Should be a team player, motivator and some one who leads the team from the front. Should be able to prioritize day to day task as per business requirements.
    • The Candidate needs to assertive while communicating at the same time respect the views of others. He/she should be able to work with people from different backgrounds within & outside the organization. Should have a friendly approach.
