    **Job Title:** E-Commerce Manager/Executive

    Located in C-scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Preferably candidates staying in Jaipur.

    **Work Timings:** 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM (No extra timings)

    We are VR Jewels, a renowned international jewelry company known for our exquisite designs and high-quality craftsmanship. We cater to a global clientele and are seeking a talented E-Commerce Manager to help us grow our online presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences worldwide.

    **Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to develop and execute strategies to boost our online sales, manage e-commerce platforms, and ensure seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and digital marketing tactics.

    **Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our Shopify website ensuring it functions smoothly.
    • Monitor and manage e-commerce marketplaces like Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, Shopify etc., ensuring product listings, promotions, and stock levels are optimized.
    • Oversee the end-to-end package handling process, ensuring products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.
    • Ensure e-commerce platforms are optimized for usability, speed, and overall performance.
    • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) to drive website traffic and engagement.
    • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to continuously improve performance and sales.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in e-commerce performance.

    **Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working with international e-commerce platforms or luxury brands.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Apps, and other e-commerce management tools.
    • Strong knowledge of trends in the jewelry and fashion industries, both locally and globally.
