    Roles & Responsibilities:


    As a technical expert, you will contribute in product development and delivery including planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, validation, verification and field testing.

    Analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to get a synchronized system delivery in a phased manner.
    Closely work with other teams and partners to carry out system integration and user acceptance testing.
    Focus to continuously improve system performance with quality deliverables.


    Mandatory Skills:
    10+yrs experience from B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE) or any other equivalent degree.

    Candidate should possess hands on experience on various RRM related algorithm including coverage, capacity optimization, interference mitigation, admission control, performance optimization.

    Should have strong design and implementation experience in RRC, S1AP, X2AP protocols.
    Good understanding of Layer1 and Layer2 configuration and capabilitiesKnowledge in advanced SON, 5G NR RAN protocols is desirable.
    Must have experience in debugging complex real time issues, log file analysis etc.
    Senior positions should have experience in Architecting LTE system/NR Systems.

    Desired Skills:

    Should be familiar with any of these technologies ICIC, ANR, Mobility optimization, Resource Management, admission control, S1AP, X2AP, SCTP, SON, 5G RAN protocols.
